Does your child have low muscle tone or is a bit weak in his/her gross motor control? I have a range of very easy and fun exercises that you can do with him/her to strengthen the gross motor muscles. You could attempt to do 3 of these excercises every day. Rotate them so your child doesn't get bored, but if there is some they really enjoy then stick to those ones. It should only take a maximum of 15 minutes a day and in approx 2-3 weeks you will notice a difference in your child's strength.
