If you have a busy house it is very important to find your teenager a place where he can do his or her homework in relative peace. You need to remember that teenagers don't always communicate well and won't always be open about difficulties with schooling. Even if you can't find an area for a desk try and set aside a quiet family area for your teenager every evening.
