Would you ever "spy" on your child or teen? As a parent of an 11 and 13 year old, I trust my kids. They're what our western society deems as "good kids", bringing home straight "A's", being honest, smart and responsible and kind to everyone. If they had any faults at all, it would probably be spending too much time gaming on the computer or talking on the phone to their friends, and I have no reason to doubt them. I also know that at some point, they'll try to pull off the caper of the century. So do I need to "check up on them?" sometime to confirm their story? Is it really necessary?
