Being thirteen means more freedom because now that you are officially a teenager, your parents would be more lenient and allow you to go to places like malls just by yourself or with some friends. Doing something without parental supervision is probably one of the best feelings in the world for many. However, having more liberty means having more responsibility. You must also prove to your parents that you are worthy of the trust and freedom they are giving you. One of the best ways to prove yourself a responsible adult is to show that you are able of making your own money.
