Where once schools has solely concentrated on tempering the abbreviated and tight fashions of the teenage girls by lengthening the micro mini skirts, expanding the material on belly shirts, and prohibiting the Daisy Mae shorts, attention has now shifted to the boys. It's the pants they wear; the ones so loose and baggy that their walk is more like a penguin shuffle, and their underwear has more exposure than baby diapers at the local beach club.
