The Incredibles is a story about a family of 'super heroes' who are sent into hiding to protect their real identities. They include Mr Incredible, also known as Robert or 'Bob Parr' who is married to Helen Parr also known as 'Elastigirl'. Their three children are called Dash, Violet and Jack-Jack who also possess individual and super human powers.
